Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling and delegating tasks, overseeing preventive maintenance programs, responding to emergencies such as fire or power outages, and supervising daily cleaning of the casino floor, restrooms, and gaming areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Must obtain/maintain any required licenses and certifications.
• Excellent communication skills and radio etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility maintenance and housekeeping staff during the assigned shift.
• Schedule and delegate assignments to staff.
• Oversee preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire, power outage, gas leak, or water leak.
• Oversee daily cleaning of the property including casino floor, restrooms, and equipment.
