Responsibilities

• Meet daily with maintenance staff and supervise grounds/amenities upkeep.
• Schedule, coordinate, and inspect unit prep with staff and vendors.
• Oversee budget control, purchase orders, and cost-effective services.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety compliance (OSHA).
• Supervise maintenance personnel and contractors to meet standards.
• Communicate with Property Manager and residents on open issues.
• Assist with evictions and tenant-related processes when needed.
