Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager III to coordinate maintenance and repairs across our properties in Las Vegas. You will plan schedules, supervise staff, manage safety programs, and ensure quality work within budget and company standards.

This role requires strong HVAC knowledge, EPA certifications, and hands-on leadership to maintain 500+ units across communities. On-site work Monday through Friday with potential on-call duties to support residents and property operations.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and respond to requests.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritizes tasks.
• Requires EPA 608 Type I, Type II, or Universal certification and CPO where required.
• Overseeing >500 units across multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Create maintenance schedules and assign work to staff.
• Ensure safety training and OSHA compliance for maintenance team.
• Inspect property daily for maintenance needs and hazards.
• Ensure repairs and renovations meet company standards.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and follow up on service requests.
• Maintain tools inventory and ensure security of equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
