Job summary

Siegel Group Nevada is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day maintenance across Las Vegas properties. You will supervise a maintenance team, handle resident requests, and ensure safe, well‑maintained buildings and grounds.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, organization, and a commitment to responsive service. You will work with property management and maintenance staff to control costs and support move‑ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of apartment, residential, hospitality, or commercial property maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous experience leading or supervising maintenance employees strongly preferred.
• Strong preventive maintenance and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance team members; assign work and monitor productivity, quality, and completion.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other systems.
• Coordinate apartment turns and make‑ready work to meet move‑in dates.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and inventory records.
