Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of facilities technicians in a high-volume fulfillment center in Indianapolis. You will oversee onboarding, training and ongoing development, and partner with the Operations Manager to ensure timely receipt, accurate order fulfillment and process optimization.

You will coach technicians, manage safety training, coordinate preventive maintenance, and maintain organized work areas while supporting cross-training and shift

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in high-volume operations
• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field, or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Skilled trades license is a plus
• Proven leadership skills in supervising a dynamic work team
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word required; Access desired)
• Ability to use CAD is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure technicians are trained on required safety procedures
• Prioritize, schedule, and assign work to technicians, including preventive maintenance
• Provide timely and courteous service to Operations teams
• Ensure technicians possess the skills to perform their duties
• Oversee daily activities of technicians
• Maintain inventories of tools, parts, and supplies
• Process invoices for timely payment
• Complete daily maintenance documentation
• Communicate maintenance status to Operations management
• Support shift turnover with updated information
• Keep work areas neat and organized
• Provide coaching and apply disciplinary actions as needed
• Offer cross-training opportunities to broaden equipment knowledge
