Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a high-volume fulfillment center. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, oversee onboarding and performance reviews, and coordinate preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

You will ensure safety, manage work orders, maintain inventories, and provide coaching with cross-training opportunities to broaden site knowledge. Hybrid corporate roles exist; on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in high-volume operations.
• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a dynamic team.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• CAD knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of facilities technicians in a high-volume fulfillment center.
• Oversee onboarding, training, development, discipline and performance reviews.
• Plan and organize duties to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Prioritize and assign work, including preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safe practices and training for all technicians.
• Maintain inventories of tools, parts and supplies.
• Process invoices and maintain maintenance documentation.
• Communicate with Operations on repairs and planned downtime.
• Coach technicians, provide cross-training, and assess skills.
