Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Building Services Supervisor – 2nd Shift in Indianapolis, IN to lead a team of skilled facilities technicians in a high-volume fulfillment center. You will manage onboarding, training, discipline, and performance review while ensuring timely product receipt, order fulfillment, and resource optimization.

Highlights include overseeing safety, coordinating maintenance, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in high-volume operations.
Associate degree or technical field; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Skilled trades license is a plus.
Proven leadership skills in supervising a dynamic work team.
Working knowledge of CMMS, and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word required; Access desired).
Ability to use CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and schedule technicians, prioritize preventive maintenance, and ensure safety practices are followed.
Coordinate with Operations management for maintenance support and timely responses.
Ensure training and development of technicians; oversee daily activities.
Maintain inventories of tools, parts, and supplies to keep equipment and facilities functioning.
Document work logs, maintenance check sheets, and preventive maintenance records.
