Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Building Services Supervisor – 3rd Shift in Indianapolis, IN to lead a team of skilled facilities technicians in a high-volume fulfillment center. You will oversee onboarding, training, discipline and performance reviews while driving process improvements and resource optimization.

Responsibilities include safety training, prioritizing maintenance work, coordinating with Operations, and coaching staff to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in high-volume operations.
• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Skilled trades license is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills in supervising a dynamic work team.
• Working knowledge of CMMS, and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word required; Access desired).
• Ability to use CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technicians are trained on required safety procedures.
• Prioritize, schedule, and assign maintenance work to technicians.
• Provide timely and courteous service to Operations teams.
• Ensure technicians possess necessary skills for their responsibilities.
• Oversee daily activities of technicians.
• Maintain inventories of tools, parts, and supplies.
