Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands™ is seeking a Safety Supervisor to enhance workplace safety across Indianapolis and Plainfield facilities. This role requires managing workplace emergencies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering effective safety training. Candidates should have a strong background in occupational safety, ideally with 2–5 years of experience, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in occupational safety or related field preferred.
• Experience with workers compensation case management is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations required; NFPA/ANSI familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workplace medical emergencies as per established procedures.
• Manage workers compensation cases, coordinating with associates and providers.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs on ergonomics and hazard identification.
• Conduct incident investigations and perform trend analysis.
