Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands in Indianapolis seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a high-volume fulfillment center. You will guide onboarding, training, discipline, and performance reviews while promoting continuous improvement.

Expect to manage resources, plan duties, and ensure safe, efficient operations across shifts. You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and drive adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in high-volume operations.
• Associate or technical degree; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong supervision skills with ability to lead a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Train technicians on safety procedures and maintain compliance.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance work and preventive tasks.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain inventories of tools, parts, and supplies for equipment.
• Document logs, checks, and maintenance actions regularly.
