Job summary

Onni Group is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance for our Pasadena properties. You will oversee work orders and preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, while delivering strong tenant service.

The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to manage budgets and procurement. The ideal candidate brings five+ years of facilities experience, a high school diploma or apprenticeship, and a valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of facilities management experience.
• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and commercial maintenance experience.
• Experience in organizing, planning, and leading a team of facilities technicians.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs; CA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assign, and complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with facilities team, vendors, and management on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs.
• Ensure timely response to work orders and maintain professional tenant service.
• Respond to emergencies (fire, equipment failure) and address tenant concerns.
• Maintain inventory control for parts and supplies; manage facility docs library.
• Assist with vendor bidding, contracting, and budgeting; support management communications.
