Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and operations of multiple facilities in the San Gabriel Valley, CA. This hands-on leadership role requires managing staff, vendors, and budgets while coordinating campus-wide improvements.

You will ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain building systems, and respond to emergencies, guiding a team of facilities professionals in a nonprofit/education/community environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facility projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• OSHA certifications preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit, education, healthcare, residential, or campus environments is a plus.
