Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or facility operations experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and vendors.
• Experience with budgets and capital projects.
• OSHA certification or safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance across multiple facilities.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and repairs.
• Develop maintenance schedules for systems and infrastructure.
