Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Horseshoe Casino Baltimore is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility upkeep, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance programs. You will mentor staff, coordinate trades, supervise on-call coverage, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requires 3+ years supervisory experience, 5+ years in maintenance, a High School diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a Maryland gaming license. Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain/maintain Maryland gaming license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in commercial buildings.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance and safety compliance.
• Mentor and supervise maintenance staff and on-call coverage.
• Lead preventive maintenance program implementation.
• Use CMMS to mine data and track trends.
• Ensure timely completion of duties and manage inventories.
• Communicate daily activities across shifts.
