Job summary

Live! Casino and Hotel in Maryland seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead daily maintenance, scheduling, and regulatory activities across the property. You will coordinate preventive programs, manage contractors, and ensure safety and reliability of critical systems for guests and team members.

Strong leadership and guest-service focus are essential. The role involves supervising staff, overseeing utilities operations, and driving high standards in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three years’ experience in leading or supervising facility maintenance staff.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance and regulatory inspections.
• Coach maintenance staff to develop skills for team member development.
• Operate the central utility plant including boilers, chillers, switchgear and generators.
• Coordinate small projects with other departments and vendors.
• Regularly inspect areas to identify needs and address them with the team.
• Track material and parts stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
