Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is recruiting for a Level II Maintenance Engineer at Horseshoe Casino Tunica in Mississippi. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems across guest areas and public spaces.

You will perform preventive maintenance, operate energy management and life-safety systems, and work with minimal supervision while assisting in training Level I engineers. A strong team player with relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in at least two of heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing or telephone systems.
• Licenses or certifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics.
• Welding of other electrical, structural, or building discipline is highly desired and preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work well with co-workers and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repair duties on building mechanical systems, equipment and tools.
• Operates and repairs energy management equipment.
• Operates life safety systems, maintenance and repair in public areas and guest rooms.
• The Level II Maintenance Engineer will work independently under general supervision of the Lead Maintenance Engineer.
• This role may assist in training Level I Maintenance Engineers.
