Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or environmental management.
• Minimum five years’ engineering supervisory experience or eight years in a related field with supervisory duties.
• Strong problem solving, mediation, coaching and consulting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in HotSOS, Coupa and MS Office applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and positively influence interactions with customers and staff.
• Train, motivate, evaluate, and manage staff to meet objectives.
• Monitor overtime, callbacks, and ensure safe work coverage.
• Provide support for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Conduct inspections for installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Develop strategies to improve performance, capability, and system reliability.
• Manage parts inventory to avoid shortages and obsolescence.
• Participate in long‑term planning for facilities expansion and modifications.
• Collect data and file reports to regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA inspections and hazardous materials handling.
