Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Facilities Department.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and work orders.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for upkeep and safety.
• Coordinate cleanliness and repair of facilities and grounds.
• Monitor utility use and suggest energy efficiency measures.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.

• Review blueprints and project documents.
• Supervise facilities staff and coach team members.
• Support service recovery and cross-department collaboration.
