Responsibilities

• Repairs, replaces and maintains motors, panels and electrical equipment.
• Replaces bulbs, checks circuits, repairs dimmers and refrigeration controls.
• Installs and repairs electrical equipment and various gas/steam systems.
• Maintains HVAC and refrigeration equipment; ensures safe operation of boilers, chillers and pumps.
• Performs preventive maintenance and routine work to keep equipment in good condition.
