Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of facilities, maintenance, or operations supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing, dairy processing, or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems, facility maintenance practices, and waste management; OSHA, GMP, HACCP knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations, utilities, grounds, and common areas.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and oversee contractors.
• Lead waste management, drive waste reduction, and ensure environmental compliance.
• Ensure safety inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgeting support for facilities.
