Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety across our Bakersfield site. You will manage waste handling, regulatory compliance, and contractor coordination to sustain efficient production.

Lead, coach, and develop facilities personnel, monitor budgets, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dairy-focused manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CMMS systems and MS Office is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, GMP, HACCP, and environmental compliance is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations, maintenance, and safety.
• Oversee waste management, compliance, and environmental practices.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Train and develop facilities staff and ensure adequate staffing.
• Manage budget and supplier relationships.
