Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, or similar).
• Ability to manage shift operations and coordinate production activities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control your area to achieve production standards.
• Ensure area is clean and tidy using the clean as you go principle.
• Train and develop team members with defined targets and assessments.
• Ensure food safety and quality procedures are followed and documented.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards and manage waste and downtime.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management.
