Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of about 30 associates on the shift, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and quality in a fast-paced factory environment.

You will manage daily staffing, onboarding, performance feedback, and adherence to GMPs and SOPs, while coordinating with maintenance and quality groups to drive continuous improvement and reliable line performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the people development plan; ensure team competency through training on equipment, safety, and hygiene.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure SOP compliance across all positions.
• Maintain quality objectives with GMP compliance, sanitation audits, and product quality checks.
• Provide coaching, review targets, and develop action plans to address root causes and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain line controls and corrective actions to meet manufacturing instructions and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee industrial relations to keep operations smooth.
• Maintain adequate skill distribution to achieve the production plan.
• Coordinate timely launches of new products with business units.
• Coordinate maintenance with quality, engineering and admin teams.
• Represent Froneri values in daily operations.
