Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate to standard operating procedures in area assigned.
• Drive the production process to ensure products meet customer specifications, quality and food safety.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment with adherence to hygiene and GMP.
• Communicate effectively with the team and hand over to the next shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow clean-as-you-go practices to minimize water usage.
