CS Powertech in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee building systems, manage upgrades, and drive preventive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead a team, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes energy management, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration to support continuous operations and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related fields.
• 5+ years in facility management or similar roles.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, MAU, RAU, scrubbers, chillers, boilers, and cleanroom controls.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage facility improvement projects with contractors and vendors.
• Implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Ensure safety compliance with regulations and conduct risk assessments.
• Monitor energy use and waste management; report on efficiency and costs.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities; review service contracts and invoices.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to support operations.
