Job summary

CS PowerTech is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize the electrical infrastructure across the cell and energy storage system manufacturing facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

This role ensures reliability and safety of power distribution, production equipment, and facility electrical systems to support stable manufacturing operations. You will work with facility staff and contractors to improve uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in facility management or building systems.
• Knowledge of power systems, industrial automation, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and local codes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with facility management software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical distribution across cell and energy storage assets.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues on production lines and equipment.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Ensure NFPA 70, NFPA 79, OSHA compliance.
• Monitor energy consumption and support load analysis.
• Maintain SLDs and equipment manuals.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with staff and train colleagues on safety.
