Job summary

CS Powertech in Jeffersonville, Indiana, seeks a Gas & Chemical Supervisor to lead the safe, reliable operation of bulk gas, specialty gas, and chemical systems supporting PV cell manufacturing.

You will supervise engineers and technicians, manage maintenance, inventory, contractor relations, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with Production, EHS, Quality, and Procurement to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial gas/chemical manufacturing operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience in 24/7 environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of bulk gas, specialty gas, and chemical systems.
• Lead Gas & Chemical engineers and technicians; set priorities for daily operation and maintenance.
• Ensure adequate gas/chemical inventory and continuity of supply for production.
• Coordinate safety, compliance, and incident response across departments.
• Manage contractor relationships and drive system improvements and project execution.
