Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Facility Supervisor II for its Jeffersonville, Indiana site. The role oversees maintenance of building systems, safety compliance, and project oversight in a fast-paced high-tech manufacturing environment.

You will lead facility staff, coordinate with contractors, and implement preventive maintenance programs while managing energy use and regulatory requirements. A strong engineering background and FM software proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facility management, building systems maintenance, or a similar role.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
