Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Jeffersonville, IN to lead the management of building systems, HVAC, water treatment, electrical networks, and safe operations across the site.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, manage projects with vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, track energy usage, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in facility management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing environments and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, MAU, RAU, scrubbers, chillers, boilers, and chemical and waste management.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all facility systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage facility improvement projects with contractors and vendors.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct risk assessments.
• Monitor energy consumption and waste to improve sustainability.
