Job summary

CS Powertech, a division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Facility Supervisor II in Jeffersonville, IN to oversee building systems, safety, and energy management. You will lead maintenance programs, manage projects with vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance in a high-tech manufacturing setting.

Qualified candidates have a related bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of facility experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with facility management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Experience in facility management and building systems is essential.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, cleanroom, electrical, and process support).
• Plan and manage facility improvement projects with contractors and vendors.
• Implement preventive/corrective maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all facility operations.
• Monitor energy use and waste and pursue efficiency improvements.
• Maintain records and report on facility performance and project status.
• Coordinate with vendors, and manage contracts and invoices.
• Collaborate with staff and management to support operational goals.
