Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of administrative, operations, or facilities support experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong organizational and workload management skills across multiple locations or teams.
  • Experience standardizing processes and improving operational consistency.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop staff in a centralized or matrixed environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Centrally oversee Facilities Associate administrative functions across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
  • Standardize administrative processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent execution.
  • Manage workload prioritization, task allocation, and coverage across sites, including support for locations without on‑site administrative resources.
  • Lead cross‑training efforts to build flexibility, redundancy, and broader skill coverage within the administrative team.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for administrative support needs across the facilities portfolio.
  • Partner closely with Facility Managers and Supervisors while respecting site‑level operational ownership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, resource utilization, and administrative service delivery.
  • Support scalability of facilities operations by enabling growth without proportional increases in administrative headcount.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, coaching, feedback, and development planning.

On‑site position in our St.Petersburg office. 5 days per week with occasional travel to other sites in the Southeast Region.

About the Department

The Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team creates and maintains work environments that support productivity, collaboration, and innovation across Franklin Templeton’s global offices. The team partners closely with employees, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure facilities operations run smoothly and consistently.

Responsibilities
