Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking skilled Multi-Trade Maintenance Technicians to perform maintenance, installation, and repair across commercial properties in St. Petersburg, FL. You will work onsite and ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance, with knowledge of blueprints and safety codes. EPA 608 or Journeyman licenses are valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical circuits, and plumbing principles.
• EPA Section 608 certification or Journeyman license highly valued.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces and ventilation equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance, such as filter changes and duct cleaning.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, ensuring compliance with all codes.
• Assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Diagnose and resolve minor plumbing issues, such as clogged drains and faulty water heaters.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks across facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow safety policies and promote a safety-first culture.

Overview

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role

• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance required.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical circuits, and plumbing principles.
• Certifications such as EPA Section 608 for refrigerants or Journeyman license are highly valued.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Work Schedule & Location

Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work arrangement: On-site, St. Petersburg, FL
