Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of experience.
• Current certifications: S13 Standpipe, S12 Fire Sprinkler, and F‑01 Fireguard.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day maintenance and operations of the property.
• Ensure transition of apartment turnovers and timely maintenance.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring of maintenance staff.
