Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead a hands-on team responsible for campus offices, site infrastructure, and grounds. You will drive work orders, preventive maintenance, and ensure building systems operate reliably.

Responsibilities include directing technicians, coordinating with vendors, and implementing a proactive maintenance program while maintaining high standards and safety in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in facilities maintenance/management.
• Minimum 1+ year of team or project leadership.
• Strong communication and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing facilities maintenance team for an assigned campus area.
• Own day-to-day work orders and preventive maintenance; prioritize tickets and ensure quality.
• Manage third-party vendors to enforce standards, optimize contracts, and maintain service levels.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and installations across buildings and grounds.
• Design and implement a proactive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime.
• Monitor construction and site-improvement work to ensure on-time delivery with no operational impact.
• Coach and develop technicians to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
