Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a Facilities Supervisor to design, build, activate, and maintain advanced facilities with autonomous problem-solving. You will manage multiple projects, lead a team of skilled technicians, and work in a fast-paced environment to control costs and vendor relationships.

The role directly supports Southaven and Memphis sites, emphasizing reliability, safety, and continuous improvement in facility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in facilities management is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair of campus-wide systems (mechanical/HVAC, electrical, compressed air, dust collectors, plumbing).
• Direct a team of plumbing, compressed air, electrical, and HVAC facility technicians.
• Schedule daily work and prioritize assignments.
• Plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business objectives and strategy.
• Enforce safety procedures and report unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain records for all trades as required.
• Understand mechanical equipment (chilled water systems, boilers, VFDs, pumps, PLCs, condensers, air compressors).
• Communicate daily activities, projects, and team morale to Manager.
• Manage vendor/contractor finances with SpaceXAI buyers and accounts payable.
• Coach and develop the team to improve performance and effectiveness.
