Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to design, build, activate, and maintain advanced campus systems. You will lead a hands-on team, manage multiple projects, and drive cost-effective maintenance while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, coordinating vendors, scheduling work, and ensuring documentation and budgets align with company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of facilities management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for inspections, testing, maintenance and repair of campus-wide systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related safety programs.
• Supervise plumbing, electrical, HVAC-focused facility technicians and coordinate prioritization of daily work.
• Plan, schedule and manage site improvement projects in line with business goals.
• Enforce safety procedures, report unsafe acts and ensure contractor compliance.
• Maintain records for all trades and monitor mechanical equipment such as boilers, chillers, pumps and dust collectors.
• Communicate daily activities and project updates to the manager; support vendor and contractor relationships.
• Manage vendor/contractor finances; coordinate with buyers and accounts payable.
• Oversee team performance through coaching and development.
