Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operation and maintenance of the Memphis campus, including office and support buildings. You will lead an internal team and manage vendors to keep systems in top condition and costs down.

You will coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, and grounds, implement preventive maintenance and after-hours support, and ensure safety and quality while upholding our standards for employees and VIPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of professional experience with facilities engineering or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities maintenance for Memphis campus buildings.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems.
• Manage work ticketing and staffing for timely break/fix responses.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors to meet standards and contracts.
• Develop preventive maintenance and breakdown programs.
• Provide after‑hours support for emergencies and leaks.
• Coach technicians on safety, quality, and response time.
• Control costs and maintain campus appearance to standard.
