Job summary

Delek US is seeking a Facilities Specialist to provide hands-on facilities support under the Facilities Manager. You will handle work orders, coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, and assist with office moves and space planning.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, supplier management, safety compliance, and effective communication across teams. Onsite schedule with standard weekday hours and opportunities to contribute to a growing, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-year/Associate degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 1+ year coordinating outside vendors or service providers preferred.
• 2+ years in facilities, building maintenance, or operations support required.
• Driver's license required.
• OSHA 10 or 30, IFMA FMP preferred.
• Experience with work order, ticketing, or CMMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, prioritize, and close work orders and service requests.
• Schedule, escort, and monitor external service providers for maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and security.
• Collect quotes and vendor documentation for review (no binding contracts).
• Place orders for facility supplies, furniture, and equipment within approved budgets.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and code for approval.
• Maintain records of facilities activities, logs, schedules, warranties, and insurance.
