Eastdil Secured, a leading independent commercial real estate investment bank, seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee daily office operations across our U.S. offices.

The role involves managing HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, AV platforms, vendor oversight, and space planning to ensure efficient, disruption-free environments. The candidate will coordinate relocations, manage budgets, and collaborate with global Tech teams on communications platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in facilities management.
• Experience in space planning, move coordination and/or workplace solutions.
• Strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day facilities operations including HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, security and AV platforms.
• Coordinates installations and refurbishments with a focus on minimal disruption.
• Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications and costs.
• Oversees renovations, maintenance, repairs, signage and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manages vendor relationships and service of equipment.
