Qualifications

• Experience in facilities/lab environment with safety and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for facilities issues in assigned buildings/labs; initiate work requests and monitor completion.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment; manage budgets and vendor work.
• Perform inventory data entry and space allocation support; track assets and space usage.
• Assist in safety program implementation, access control, and security procedures.
• Coordinate small local projects, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Support procurement and contract activities with vendors and internal teams.
