Job summary

Stanford Medicine’s Departments of Neurosurgery and Neurology are expanding their facilities support team, seeking a proactive Facilities Specialist 2 to support over 200 faculty across 21 buildings and 50 labs. The role requires independent coordination of operations, maintenance, repairs, inventory, and refurbishment of university facilities and building systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities support within a research or academic environment.
• Experience in project management with working knowledge of relevant software/templates.
• Proficient in preparing calculations and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse academic and medical community.
