Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Specialist - Facilities to manage facility operations at our El Paso, TX site. This on-site role requires coordinating vendor contracts, budgeting, safety, and disaster recovery planning to support project needs.

Travel as needed; on-call 24/7 is noted in the duties. The candidate will oversee moves, space planning, and daily facility maintenance; work with Contracts Team and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles preferred.
• Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility Management vendor and ensure invoices and deliverables are submitted timely and accurately.
• Monitor vendor performance and report facility issues to management and Contracts Team.
• Process special accommodation requests through established processes.
• Review and approve special orders for office supplies.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the Facility Management Vendor and client or other Maximus business owners.
