Brady Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth by identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing a robust sales pipeline in Santa Ana, CA.

This client-facing role requires a motivated self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will collaborate with the Sales Manager on product lines, prospect daily, manage full cycle from lead to close, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree in sales/marketing or business preferred.
• 2-5 years of outside sales experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Manager to drive sales in chemicals, paper products, foodservice disposables, industrial packaging, and janitorial products.
• Prospect, cold call, and engage existing clients daily to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to educate clients on optimal solutions for their businesses.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive service and issue resolution.
• Increase sales within existing accounts and pursue new business through targeted outreach.
• Develop a business plan for acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Utilize company tools for effective time and territory management.
