Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow the BradyPLUS Jan San and Industrial Packaging segments. You will work with BradyPLUS CRM to follow up on leads, identify key markets, and apply our sales process to expand the division.

Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new leads, building essential relationships, and resolving customer concerns while collaborating with the Sales Manager to drive programs across chemicals, paper, and other target sectors

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• Must be licensed to operate a vehicle and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Physical requirements include occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds and versatile mobility.
• Ability to sit, stand, and navigate work environments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Manager to drive corporate programs in jan/san, chemicals, paper, and other key segments.
• Develop and implement plans to penetrate Hospitality, Industrial, Health Care and Foodservice markets.
• Maximize industry knowledge to help customers navigate products and avoid pitfalls.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activities.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Take on additional duties or special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new leads, developing key relationships, and identifying and resolving customer concerns.

Responsibilities Include

• Coordinates with Sales Manager to drive and support corporate programs with a focus on chemicals, paper, and other key janitorial segments
• Develop and implement plans to penetrate sales in Hospitality, Industrial, Health Care and Foodservice industries
• Maximize their industry and increase product knowledge to help customers navigate alternatives and avoid potential pitfalls
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities
• Identifies and resolves client concerns
• Additional duties or special projects assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales or related experience, or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
• High School Diploma required, college degree in sales/marketing or business preferred
• Must be licensed to operate a vehicle
• Must have and maintain "satisfactory" driving record
• Physical Requirements: occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
