City Wide Facility Solutions in Orlando is seeking a driven Facility Solutions Manager to own a portfolio of commercial clients, deliver exceptional service, and drive client satisfaction and growth.

You will build relationships, conduct site visits, coordinate vendors, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with autonomy and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, facilities management, or operations within a B2B setting.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field.
• Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel locally throughout the Greater Orlando area.

What You'll Do

As a Facility Solutions Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their facilities receive exceptional service and support.
