Job summary

ESFM is the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA. The Facilities Coordinator II provides excellent customer service in managing facilities for clients, overseeing soft services and assisting with cleaning, light maintenance, and related activities at client sites.

Shift: Mon-Fri 10:00 am–6:30 pm. The role requires experience in facilities maintenance, soft services (janitorial), GMP familiarity, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
• Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.
• GMP experience is preferred.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor management for cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manage all moves, additions, and changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
