Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking an experienced facilities operations manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple properties within the region. You will coordinate maintenance work, respond to emergencies, and improve reliability and safety across the portfolio.

You will manage vendors, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed. Strong communication and data-driven decision-making are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of facilities management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; FMP or CFM preferred.
• Ability to read/write reports and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CMMS, Smartsheet, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work orders and emergency response; respond within 4 hours.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget decisions.
• Build trust with stakeholders and handle escalations.
• Conduct site assessments and manage PM program and asset inventory.
• Maintain organized processes for emails, approvals, and quotes.
