Job summary

ESFM® USA is looking for a Facilities Manager in Pittsburgh to oversee operations at a client site. The role entails managing daily tasks to ensure safety and quality, training and supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with policies.

Candidates should hold a preferred 4-year degree and have janitorial experience in cleanroom environments. ESFM provides a range of benefits including medical, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred; certification in management a plus.
• CIMS or other janitorial certification preferred.
• Cleanroom Class 1, 10, 100 or 1000 janitorial experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage, train and supervise staff for their development.
• Ensure compliance with policies and client requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the premises.
• Order necessary supplies within budget.
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
