Job summary

ESFM® USA is seeking a Facilities Manager in Allentown, PA, responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring quality standards. This role involves managing and training staff, ensuring compliance, and optimizing resources for maximum capability.

The ideal candidate must have experience with cleanroom standards and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Benefits include medical, dental, and retirement plans, along with various employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree is preferred; certification in management a plus.
• CIMS or other janitorial certification is preferred.
• Cleanroom Class 1, 10, 100 or 1000 (ISO Class 6) janitorial experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff perform duties safely and comply with regulations.
• Manage, train, supervise, and motivate staff.
• Monitor premises appearance for safety and cleanliness.
• Order supplies and remedy complaints professionally.
• Approve timesheets and perform employee appraisals.

Skills

Cleanroom Class 1, 10, 100 or 1000 janitorial experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Management certification

Education
