ESFM® USA is seeking a Facilities Manager in Newtown Square to oversee operations at client sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage and train staff, enforce compliance, and handle operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred; certification in management a plus.
• CIMS or other janitorial certification preferred.
• Cleanroom Class 1, 10, 100 or 1000 (ISO Class 6) janitorial experience is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all staff perform duties in a safe manner and take steps to protect the environment.
• Manage, train, supervise and motivate staff, ensuring their development.
• Ensure all policies/procedures are adhered to and meet regulatory or client compliance requirements.
• Work with Quality and factory/facility operations to monitor the appearance of the premises.
• Order approved supplies needed for housekeeping and/or other services.
• Remedy complaints or difficult situations in an efficient and professional manner.
• Direct completion of assigned tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints.
• Enforce work standards and review/resolve work discrepancies.
• Maintain professionalism at all times and uphold high standards.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

Cleanroom Class 1, 10, 100 or 1000 (ISO Class 6) janitorial experience

Education
